Subaru Double Bearing Small Idler Upgrade Kit for 1999+ models.
From 1999 Subaru added an additional small smooth idler to help control the "flap" of the timing belt on the left hand bank. This had fitted a single bearing within the running surface sleeve. In 2002 they uprated this parts to contain x2 bearings making the components more robust, durable and reliable.
We now this kit as an upgrade part andĀ can be fitted to those vehicles which had the single bearing fitted as standard.Ā
Caution: The bolt supplied in the kit must be used as it's longer than the bolt used with the single bearing.
